Payment & Returns

All transactions will be done with maximum security, encrypted and 100% safe.
We accept two forms of payment:

Paypal & Credit Cards: It’s a platform which offers great comfort to its customers, not only due to the safety provided by Paypal but also because it allows you to use a large number of credit and debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express, without having a Paypal account to make the purchase.

ATM: When choosing this way of payment, an ATM reference will be generated and sent to you by email which will enable you to make the payment at the nearest ATM. The reference is valid for a period of 5 days, after that it will become inactive.This service is only available to Portuguese customers.

Customs and VAT costs

We offer Tax Free shopping for non-EU customers. The current tax rate of 23% will be deducted from the price shown. If you place an order outside the EU some customs costs will be charged and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. These charges may vary from case to case, making it difficult to specify those values. For more information please contact the local customs authorities.

 

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your parcel, you can ask for its replacement or refund assuming they are returned within 14 days after having received the goods. The returned goods will only be accepted if they are in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, complete with all original tags and with the corresponding invoice.

Please contact us by email (info@newfangleclothing.com) if you wish to return any goods and we’ll let you know all details to proceed with it.

Newfangle Clothing will not take any responsibility from the moment the item is returned until its arrival at our facilities. The return shipping costs of the items and any return custom charges made will be paid by the customer.
If returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, and any damage may result in the return being refused.
We strongly recommend that you clearly mark the package “RETURNED GOODS” and use an express delivery with a tracking number.

The refund or replacement of the goods will be done as quickly as possible.
